NEMACO™ manufactures ServerPro™ server rack cabinets engineered for 19-inch EIA standards for IT computer networks, SCADA, switchgear and telecom equipment. These American-made server enclosures feature precision-mounted 19-inch EIA rails, rugged structural metal supports, and flexible cable management options. They deliver the heavy-duty environmental protection required for harsh outdoor and edge computing deployments where standard indoor racks fail.
Weatherproof Data Infrastructure Protection
ServerPro™ server cabinets protect critical data equipment, radar systems, and telecom facilities from extreme weather conditions. The enclosures shield internal electronics against dust, dirt, radiant solar heat, torrential rain storms, frigid cold weather, snow, and ice. To ensure optimal performance, NEMACO™ offers multiple NEMA and IP-rated designs that support both indoor industrial environment & outdoor weatherproof protection and in conjunction with protective water gasket seal, metal drip shields, tight compression door seals with rugged locking handles for security.
Advanced Thermal Management & Cooling Options
To prevent equipment overheating and maintain safe operating temperatures, NEMACO™ provides integrated cooling solutions including the following:
Bolt-on HVAC air conditioners for active digital climate control.
Washdown-resistant filter fans to block dust and water spray.
Reflective sunshields to reduce radiant solar heat load
Interior barrier insulation to reduce conductive heat transfer.
A/C Hatch Doors to for easy repair and system maintenance.
Thermal BTU Calculations and Air Conditioner Selection
To calculate the required cooling requirement, first total heat must be calculated. Therefore, the following information is required.
Enclosure size Height x Width x Depth.
Outside Max Temperature for warm weather (Celsius or Fahrenheit)
Enclosure Interior Temperature for warm weather (Celsius or Fahrenheit)
Enclosure Color White, Gray, Black, Stainless (no coating) for example
Interior barrier insulation (R value based on thickness) or none
