Weatherproof Data Infrastructure Protection

To prevent equipment overheating and maintain safe operating temperatures, NEMACO™ provides integrated cooling solutions including the following:

• Bolt-on HVAC air conditioners for active digital climate control.

• Washdown-resistant filter fans to block dust and water spray.

• Reflective sunshields to reduce radiant solar heat load

• Interior barrier insulation to reduce conductive heat transfer.

• A/C Hatch Doors to for easy repair and system maintenance.

Free Thermal Calculations for Air Conditioner Cooling

To calculate the required cooling requirement, first total internal + external heat must be calculated. Send the data to NEMACO™ .

• Enclosure size Height x Width x Depth.

• Outside Max Temperature for warm weather (Celsius or Fahrenheit)

• Enclosure Interior Temperature for warm weather (Celsius or Fahrenheit)

• Enclosure Color White, Gray, Black, Stainless (no coating) for example

• Interior barrier insulation (R value based on thickness) or none
