Most of our customers come to us with a deadline they didn't set and can't move. Here's what standard production actually takes, what expedited production can do, and what determines whether we can hit your date.

If your date can't move, tell us. We'll quote a confirmed ship date — sometimes as fast as three weeks. Standard builds ship in 4–6.
Working to a fixed date
Most of our customers come to us with a deadline they didn't set and can't move.
Expedited orders are scheduled ahead of standard production and come with a confirmed ship date rather than an estimate. In the right conditions we can ship in as little as three weeks.
Expedite is priced per order, and what's achievable depends on:
the size and complexity of the enclosure
how many units you need
what's already in the production schedule
Tell us the date you need it on site and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it — usually the same day. If we can't, we'll say so rather than let you find out in week six.
Standard production
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks after receipt of order, and most orders ship inside that window.
It's a working estimate rather than a fixed date. Complex configurations, specialty materials and busy periods can push an order out to eight weeks. If that's likely for your job, we'll tell you when we quote — not after you've ordered.
What affects your lead time
Configuration — standard sizes move faster than heavily modified builds
Materials — stainless and specialty finishes can add time
Options — cooling units, custom cable entry and special panels are ordered in
Quantity — larger runs take longer, though not proportionally
Drawing approval — production starts once you sign off the drawing, so a quick approval is the biggest lever you control
