NEMACO offers server rack customization. The server racks are available in following materials: carbon steel, aluminum alloys (5052, 6061 alloys, etc.), stainless steel (314/316) to provide different characteristics for server cabinets. Ask about powder coated and tough marine epoxy coating finishes on aluminum and steel to ensure corrosion resistance for industrial outdoor applications.

Alternate Fan Cooling Solutions For Server Rack Enclosures

Also, we can offer NEMA rated enclosures with forced air convection (AC/DC) electrical cooling fans and air vortex coolers. The vortex coolers have unique advantages to keep electrical equipment and electronics dry and cool in both indoor and outdoor environments. Additionally, there are vortex coolers that can be installed on NEMA 4/4X enclosures to provide additional cooling. The vortex coolers work great when factory-shop air is available.
