NEMA 4, 12 Rated - Electrical Enclosures are designed to be both dustproof & water spray resistant. The factory standard material is galvanized steel with a quality electrostatic spray power coat finish. Please note that we install 304SS hinges not carbon steel hinges.

Aluminum Advantage - Material Option – It is Simple - Aluminum offers lower weight & corrosion protection against water. It is the best of two worlds in one solution for your project.

Stainless Steel Advantage – NEMA 4X Enclosures are designed to be both dustproof, water spray resistant, and corrosion resistant. NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosures are available in 304 & 316L alloys. Please note that the 316L alloy has more corrosion resistance than grade 304 stainless steel.

NEMA 4X HVAC Air Conditioner units should be installed to keep electrical systems cool and running smoothly. Cooling fans provide good air flow, but typically, HVAC air conditioners provide overall much better thermal protection for electronic equipment.
