Nemaco offers various materials in metals, carbon steel, aluminum (505 2 ,6061 alloys, etc.), stainless steel (314/316 ) to provide different characteristic for server cabinets. Nemaco also offers powder coated and tough marine epoxy coating finishes on aluminum and steel to ensure corrosion resistance.
*** We recommend you to get corrosion resistant materials for your rack mount cabinet to provide full protection from corrosive for your electronic inside.

FANS AND COOLING SOLUTIONS FOR SERVER RACKS
Also, we can offer NEMA3 /3R/4/4X/1 2 server racks with forced convection (AC/DC) electrical cooling fans and vortex coolers.The vortex coolers have unique advantages to keep electrical equipment and electronics dry and cool both indoor and outdoor environments. Next, there are vortex coolers that can be installed on the NEMA4/4X enclosures to provide cooling also. The vortex coolers work great when there is a factory shop air available.
